Ongoing review and analysis plays an essential role in maintaining a strong programme. Whilst advertisers usually plan for 12 months at a time, this does not mean that changes and tweaks can’t or shouldn’t be made throughout the year.

We help our clients to ensure that programmes are running to plan through regular analysis of programme performance against target performance. When irregularities are spotted or even a decline in response (against target), we review the trends and make strategic changes to ensure that by the end of the year response is still to plan.

There are various types of reports that we provide our clients with on a regular basis, these include: annual research on customer behaviour; market trend analysis, usage trend updates, competitor activity, specific classification trends, client performance monitoring & analysis and call forecasting.

In addition to this we provide our clients with regular newsletters and review meetings to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with market changes and product developments and opportunities as they happen.
